Prices are shown in euros (EUR) by default and are localised to your location at checkout. EU businesses buying cross-border are invoiced under the reverse charge; the amount charged never exceeds the price shown. How does checkout work?

Which payment methods can I use?

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus bank payment options in supported regions. All options for your country appear at checkout.

How is the toolkit delivered?

Immediately after payment you receive download links by email — SCORM packages for your LMS, plus all templates, policies and guides. Uploading one module to your LMS takes under 30 minutes.

What licence do we get?

A perpetual, organization-wide internal-use licence: deploy the SCORM files in your LMS, edit the templates, and run internal workshops. The licence covers employees and contractors across the ownership group; reselling, publishing or sublicensing outside your organization is not permitted. Updates are included for 12 months from purchase. Full conditions are in our Product Terms.

What terms apply to my purchase?

Our Product Terms set out the licence scope, the 12-month update period, delivery and refunds. They apply on top of Paddle's terms of sale, as Paddle is the merchant of record.

We already have an external consultant. Is this still useful?

Yes. The toolkit gives your internal team the foundational knowledge to work effectively with advisors. It reduces back-and-forth, shortens timelines and reduces consulting costs.

We are not based in the EU. Does this apply to us?

Yes. If you have European clients, they are already demanding CSRD-compliant data from their suppliers. If you have an EU subsidiary or significant EU revenue, you may fall under the CSRD directly.

Can we customize the materials with our logo?

Yes. Editable versions of all templates, policies and guides are included, so you can brand them for internal use.

Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?

A one-time purchase. You receive a perpetual licence to the modules and assets you buy, plus updates for 12 months. Renewing updates after 12 months is optional and priced separately.

What if regulations change?

Updates are issued when new regulatory guidance, new enforcement decisions or substantive corrections affect the content, and are delivered by email with a changelog. Updates are included for 12 months from purchase.

Can we buy individual modules first and upgrade later?

Yes. Individual modules are available, and most organizations start with the pillar that matches their immediate risk, then expand to the complete toolkit.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available where the Product was not as described, the files were defective, or the purchase was made in error, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for change of mind. Full conditions are in our Product Terms.
